Monstera Deliciosa Care
Watering
Water the Monstera Deliciosa regularly, but let the soil dry out slightly between waterings. Avoid over-wetting the roots, which can lead to root rot. Water less in the winter.
Location
Place the Monstera Deliciosa in a bright spot, but avoid direct sunlight, which can burn the leaves. A spot with indirect light is ideal.
Feeding - Fertilizing
During the growth period (spring and summer) give the Monstera Deliciosa liquid houseplant food every two weeks. Do not fertilize in the fall and winter.
Maintain
Regularly remove dust from the leaves with a damp cloth. Prune long or unwanted tendrils to maintain the shape of the plant.
Repotting
Repot the Monstera Deliciosa every 1-2 years in spring, in a pot that is slightly larger than the current one. Use fresh potting soil for houseplants and ensure good drainage.
